If the workmanship or the material is defective we will repair (not replace) your Island Canvas bag free of charge. This warranty is limited to defects occurring under normal use. Simply return the bag to us at the address above. Please enclose $5.00 to cover postage and handling.

Cleaning Instructions:

100% cotton canvas is naturally water repellant and mildew resistant and will resist spots and spills quite well. If it should need cleaning please note that all Island Canvas bags can be spot cleaned with a stiff brush and gentle detergent (NO BLEACH!) or Dry Cleaned if the whole bag requires cleaning.

Cleaning Tips:

It is best to clean any spill immediately with water and a lint free cloth.
If the spot has dried, first try brushing it off with a stiff brush (such as a clean, new toothbrush). This often will work for a variety of food spills that have not penetrated the fabric.
If the spot remains after brushing with a dry brush, use the stiff brush with a gentle detergent (NO BLEACH!) and a small amount of water, then rinse spot thoroughly and let dry before using bag.
If the whole bag requires cleaning, please Dry Clean Only for best results.
